Information For Tenants

Rent payments have to be transferred before or one the first day of the months, with the reference of your address. When the rent is not paid on time, we will send you a reminder, for which we can charge administration costs.

The yearly rent increase takes place as described in your lease agreement. We shall inform you in time about these increases.

A lease termination has to filed in writing. You can address this letter to Nieuwe Keizer Vastgoedbeheer. Adress: Nieuwe Keizersgracht 48G 1018 DS Amsterdam. We would like to emphasize that the notice period is taken into account. After the rent termination is received there will be an inspection. During this inspection we will discuss how the apartment has to be delivered eventually. This can mean that, before leaving the apartment, certain maintenance tasks have to be performed and certain defects have to be fixed.
